Sheltering Wings Indiana, a charitable organization that addresses domestic violence, selected Saving Eli’s Library as the featured book for their 2025 Men IN Action Read program. Around 500 men shared the book in 500 classrooms. The aim of the program is to promote values that break the cycle of domestic violence, by having men tell a story that demonstrates those values. The volunteers also left a copy of the book with each classroom, and each school library.
